All of our products and services are delivered digitally. This policy outlines how and when you will receive your purchase, and what to do if something goes wrong.
How We Deliver
All purchases made through our website are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, you may receive:

Immediate access through your course dashboard or membership area
You do not need to wait for physical delivery—everything is designed for instant or timely access.
Delivery Timeframes

Instant Access Products (eBooks, Audio Files, Meditation Recordings, Worksheets, etc.):
Available immediately after successful payment. You’ll receive either a download link on the confirmation page or an email with access. -
Online Courses and Memberships:
Access is granted as soon as your payment is processed. Login instructions will be sent to your registered email within a few minutes. -
Zoom Appointments and Live Workshops:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and Zoom link. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) within 15 minutes of booking.
Didn’t Receive Your Purchase?
If you haven’t received your product or login details within 30 minutes, please check:

All live sessions (such as Zoom workshops or therapy appointments) are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) unless otherwise noted. If you're joining from another time zone, please adjust your calendar accordingly.

Should you experience difficulties accessing your product (e.g., file won’t open, broken link, access error), please notify us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you promptly.
