Unlocking the Power of Positive Energy
Our bodies are made up of atoms that continuously give off and absorb light and energy all the time. This means that every cell in our body has atoms that are lined up in a way that creates a negative and positive voltage, just like a miniature battery. Each cell has 1.4 volts of energy, which may not seem like much, but when you multiply it by the number of cells in our body, which is around fifty trillion, it adds up to a total voltage of seven hundred trillion volts of electricity in our body. This energy is what the Chinese call CHI, and it runs through each and every one of our bodies.
Each atom also has its own distinct frequency or vibration. When two atomic waves meet, they will either be in sync, creating a positive and harmonious effect, or they will be out of sync, creating a destructive and negative effect. In our fast-paced society, our bodies and minds are put under a lot of stress, and when we don't deal with this stress in a positive manner, it causes disruptions or negative frequencies in our body and mind. The more we don't deal with these things, the greater that negative frequency becomes.
This negative frequency can affect our health and well-being in a number of ways. When we're stressed or anxious, for example, our bodies release cortisol, a hormone that can cause inflammation, weaken our immune system, and contribute to a range of health problems, from high blood pressure to heart disease.
That's why it's so important to take care of our mental health and wellbeing, and to make sure we're doing everything we can to promote positive energy and good vibrations in our body and mind.
One way to do this is by changing our thoughts and beliefs. Negative self-limiting beliefs can create negative frequencies in our body and mind, while positive affirmations can help us generate positive energy and good vibrations.
To get started, try writing down your negative self-limiting beliefs on a piece of paper. Then, turn each negative thought into a positive affirmation, written in the present tense as if you already believe it to be true. For example, "I am angry" can become "I am calm and at peace," and "I am sad" can become "I am happy." Try to avoid saying things like "I am no longer sad", or "I am not longer angry", because you are still giving energy to the negative. Keep the affirmation positive.
Once you've written down your positive affirmations, pick a few to focus on each day. Look yourself in the eyes in a mirror, repeating them 2-3 times as if you already believe them to be true. Doing this daily and as many times throughout the day as possible can help you shift your mindset and start to notice a positive change in yourself.
But changing your thoughts and beliefs is just the beginning. To truly unlock the power of positive energy, you'll also need to take care of your physical health and wellbeing. This means eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep.
It also means taking care of your emotional and spiritual health. Practicing mindfulness and meditation, for example, can help you reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. Engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, such as hobbies, creative pursuits, or volunteering, can also help you generate positive energy and good vibrations.
